We process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If possible, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we will process your order on Monday.

We do not ship on the following holidays: January 1, December 25, December 26 and December 31.

For orders shipped to a country outside The Netherlands, delivery may take a little longer.

We ship free to the Netherlands and Belgium from 50 euros, for orders under this amount we charge 8 euros shipping costs.

The standard shipping rates abroad are:

Belgium: €9.62
France: €12.67
Germany: €9.62

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the candle and packaging must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@klavercandles.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@klavercandles.com.
